Shipping & Delivery

Please note the shipping fee is automatically included when you place an order online and will not be refunded. All customs and import costs are at your own expense. If you are able to self-collect, rather contact us directly, or pop in between business hours. Our Studio is situated in George WC, and we are open Monday to Friday from 08:30-17:00, and Saturdays from 08:30-13:00.

  • Domestic: R115 flat-rate added at checkout (South Africa: 2 Working days, sent via Aramex)
  • International: Amount quoted on your total order at checkout (3 Working days, sent via DHL)

Should an item be out of stock or needs any specific adjustments done, the process may take up to seven days before we send the order.

Countries we do not sell to: Mexico, India, Russia.

Refunds & Exchanges

If enough time was given for a parcel to arrive, we will gladly replace the item at our own cost. Please ensure you are happy with the item that you purchase, as we unfortunately do not give refunds; however, if there is a manufacturing problem, we will replace or repair with pleasure.

Additional:Please make sure of your finger size by going to your local jewellery store to have your finger sized. Should you want a specific size, we do this free of charge BEFORE we send the item for you.
